My Approach

In my practice, I take a customized and integrative approach that combines various therapeutic tools and techniques to cater to the unique needs of each individual and couple. This comprehensive approach allows me to address a wide range of issues and support clients in their personal growth and healing journeys. Whether it's identifying and modifying unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior, cultivating mindfulness and emotional regulation, exploring trauma stored in the body, deepening intimacy and connection, or incorporating plant medicine in a responsible and ethical manner, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients can find healing, fulfillment, and overall well-being.

About Me

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned my master's degree in Social Work from the University of Utah, which laid the foundation for my diverse range of expertise. Through the synthesis of my professional expertise, personal experiences as a mother and wife, and spiritual insights, I aim to empower others to navigate their unique journeys with a sense of purpose and connectedness.
